Roles and Responsibility.

1. Analyze student performance in the classroom to provide guidance and identify potential problems Learn students’ names, career objectives, and other details so you can better serve them.

2. Help students develop academic plans in accordance with their skills, talents, and strengths Work collaboratively with the supportive staff.

3. Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention programs Communicate with teachers, parents and administrators on an ongoing basis about behavioral and academic problems

Requirements and skills

1. Proven experience as a Guidance Counselor or Teacher

2. Integrity and professionalism

3. Ability to operate within a wide range of student personalities and backgrounds.

4.Good communication skills and high emotional intelligence abilities 4.Basic knowledge of computers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

- Kaushalpuri, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
