**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation and support of Werum PAS-X systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Oversee the customization and configuration of PAS-X to meet specific business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on PAS-X functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PAS-X with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for PAS-X configurations and processes.
- Train and mentor junior team members on PAS-X system usage and troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements in all PAS-X related activities.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to PAS-X in a timely manner.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new PAS-X features.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PAS-X systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in implementing and supporting Werum PAS-X systems.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have a solid understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes and their integration with PAS-X.
- Show proficiency in system documentation and the ability to create detailed technical guides.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Possess the ability to train and mentor junior team members effectively.
- Demonstrate a strong focus on compliance and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Exhibit the ability to analyze and optimize system performance for enhanced efficiency.

- Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential system issues.
