**Position**:Marketing Executive (B2B Manufacturing)**

**Location**: 478/1 ,MIDC Bhosari ,Pune-411026

**Industry**: Manufacturing - Prototyping to Plastic Production

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Identify new B2B business opportunities in target industries.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Develop marketing strategies tailored to industrial/manufacturing sectors.
- **Lead Generation & Business Development**:

- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Approach OEMs, product developers, and SMEs with manufacturing requirements.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects by highlighting company capabilities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical discussions, coordinating with the production/technical team.
- **Marketing & Branding**:

- Prepare marketing collaterals, presentations, and case studies.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- **Coordination & Reporting**:

- Work closely with design, production, and finance teams to align on customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of B2B marketing/sales experience in **manufacturing, plastics, tooling, or engineering services** (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand **technical manufacturing processes** and explain them in client-friendly terms.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
