**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with automobile dealerships and financial institutions to provide competitive loan options.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to customers.
- Conduct risk assessment and verify necessary documents, including income proof, credit reports, and identity verification.
- Process loan approvals, rejections, and modifications in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial partners to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Address customer queries and concerns related to financing, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes affecting auto loans.
- Ensure timely disbursal of loans and monitor repayment schedules.
- Handle loan recovery cases, follow up on delinquent accounts, and implement collection strategies if necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- **Experience**:2 years of experience in auto loan financing, banking, or financial services., or mudra loan
- Strong knowledge of vehicle financing processes, loan underwriting, and credit analysis.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance related to auto financing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
