
Customer Support Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits for prospective buyers.
- Develop detailed visit itineraries that align with client preferences and availability.
- Communicate visit details to clients, ensuring they are informed and prepared.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them warmly and providing an excellent customer service experience.
- Conduct on-site tours, showcasing the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the properties.
- Address any questions or concerns from clients during the visit and facilitate follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, security personnel, and other relevant departments to prepare the site for visits.
- Maintain accurate records of all scheduled and completed site visits.
- Collect client feedback post-visit and report insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Assist in creating reports on site visit success rates and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage any unforeseen issues that may arise during site visits, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared list or database.
- Identify potential clients by researching and qualifying leads.
