**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Strategy & Vision**
- Derive consumer insights and help us identify the best brand messaging and positioning
- Work closely with founders to shape brand vision and strategy
- Build annual branding budgets and plans to meet business objectives
- Execute branding vision day-to-day by collaborating with agencies, content team, design team and marketing team
- Lead end-to-end development of multi-channel brand campaigns
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies to optimize reach and effectiveness.
- Lead cross functional initiatives such as setting up experience centers for company

**Qualifications**:

- 8-12 years of experience in brand building, preferably within the FMCG, consumer durables or start-up world
- MBA from tier I colleges preferred (IIMs, ISB, etc.)
