**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle the complete operations of the GeM portal including product listing, bid submission, and order management.
- Register and update company profile, certifications, and product/service catalogs on GeM.
- Search for relevant tenders and bids on GeM and coordinate bid submission with internal teams.
- Ensure timely submission of technical and financial bids as per GeM requirements.
- Communicate with government buyers regarding queries, clarifications, or documentation.
- Track bid outcomes, order status, and respond promptly to bid invitations and reverse auctions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, documentation, dispatch, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of all GeM-related documents and transactions.
- Stay updated with the latest policies, circulars, and changes in the GeM portal.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office toolss
- Good analytical and coordination skills
