We have an urgent opening for Chat Process Executive for an well known I.T Firm.

Location : Pune

Experience : Min 6 months

Salary : 3.5 to 4.5 Lacs p.a

Qualification : Undergrad & Graduate

Job Description:

- Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails and Social Media.
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team.
- Actively participate in team meetings.
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Required

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
