**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate dialysis machines for patients with kidney failure.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment and ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are followed.
- Check vital signs and maintain accurate records of patient treatment.
- Manage vascular access sites (fistulas, grafts, catheters).
- Administer saline, heparin, and other necessary medications during the procedure as per doctor's instruction.
- Respond to emergencies and alert medical staff in critical situations.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and report machine malfunctions.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
