**Dialysis Equipment Operation**:
Set up and operate hemodialysis machines according to established protocols.
Ensure all dialysis equipment is functioning correctly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Perform routine maintenance and sterilization of dialysis machines and equipment.

**Treatment Monitoring**:
Monitor and document patients' vital signs and response to treatment in medical records.
Adjust fluid removal rates as directed by the supervising nurse or physician.
Recognize and respond to any adverse reactions or complications during dialysis.

**Safety and Compliance**:
Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols to maintain a sterile environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs.

**Communication and Teamwork**:
Collaborate with healthcare team members, including nurses, physicians, and dietitians, to provide comprehensive patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care instructions.
Assist in training and mentoring new staff members as required.

**Administrative Duties**:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all dialysis treatments and patient interactions.
Manage inventory of dialysis supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating dialysis sessions for patients.
