**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Vendor Operations Partner will be part of the Vendor Ops CoE team within HR Services in Kyndryl supporting different HR functions such as Recruiting, Learning etc on vendor operations and billing/financial aspects. Key responsibilities include: 1) Create PR requests and performs ongoing PR updates on time, invoice validation etc.

2) Review financial penalties if applicable in SOW/contract

3) Works with the HR functional leaders, Finance and Accounting to ensure proper accounting of costs:
a)Corporate stewardship and cross-geo HC for ICA billing

b)Cost billing to country top, re-class & recoveries

c) Accruals

4) Provide Vendor Financial Scorecard & Insights for each HR Function.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Experience in different Human Resource Functions.

Experience in Procurement Systems (Ariba etc)

Experience in Vendor Payments

Experience/Knowledge of Finance accounting such as inter-company billing. Forecasting and data analysis to drive financial insights.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Past vendor operation experience, HR function experience such as Recruiting, cost recoveries and interlock with procurement, finance
