Position Overview

The Project & Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing interior fit-out projects, IT infrastructure deployments, and daily operations involving multiple vendors. This role ensures timely project delivery, cost control, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination across contractors, designers, IT partners, suppliers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Management – Interior & Fit-Out

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of office/showroom/retail interior projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, civil contractors, MEP vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections, ensure adherence to design specifications, safety norms, and quality standards.
  • Track project milestones, manage risks, prepare progress reports, and drive timely completion.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure compliance with approved BOQ and quality benchmarks.

2. IT Infrastructure & Operations

  • Plan and execute IT infra rollouts including networking, servers, CCTV, access control, telephony, Wi-Fi, and AV systems.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Ensure uptime, security, and smooth functioning of all IT systems across locations.
  • Maintain technical documentation, asset registers, and ensure AMC renewals.

3. Vendor & Contract Management

  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors for interior, IT, facility management, and office operations.
  • Manage RFQs, negotiations, contract creation, SLAs, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and cost optimization.
  • Maintain healthy vendor relationships while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

4. Operations & Facility Management

  • Oversee daily office operations including facility maintenance, utilities, housekeeping, and security.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs for operational efficiency and safety.
  • Manage space planning, seating allocation, and office relocations.
  • Ensure statutory compliance for premises and equipment (fire safety, electrical approvals, etc.).

5. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, operational budgets, and cost forecasts.
  • Track expenses, control costs, and present monthly MIS reports to management.
