Job summary

Seeking an experienced BIM Architect with 3-5 years of expertise in designing and managing projects using Building Information Modeling for the industrial, airport, metro, and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- **BIM Model Development**: Create and manage detailed BIM models for complex projects to ensure precision and accuracy in design and construction data.
- **Design Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate multidisciplinary models and facilitate design coordination.
- **Clash Detection**: Conduct clash detection analyses to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction begins.
- **Documentation**: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of BIM models, ensuring all project stakeholders have access to up-to-date data.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all BIM activities comply with industry standards and project specifications.
- **Software Proficiency**: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp

Key Requirements
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of hands-on experience working as a BIM Architect in the industrial, airport, metro, and real estate sectors.
- **Education**: Graduation in B.Arch or a related field with a specialization in Architecture.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficiency in advanced BIM software tools for model creation, analysis, and management.
