Gurugram Haryana, India Logic Design + Build Full time

We are actively looking for a dedicated Architectural Draughtsman who possesses strong technical skills in Revit and other CAD software, ready to contribute to our diverse project portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate architectural drawings and plans using Revit and other CAD software, adhering to the specified design concepts provided by our architects.
- Create technical drawings and BIM Models based on given specifications and calculations.
- Create 3-dimensional BIM models in REVIT for use by various departments and teams.
- Ensure all Revit models are compliant with the current building codes and construction standards.
- Collaborate with architects to transform initial sketches and ideas into detailed technical drawings and plans.
- Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets based on current project and team needs.
- Update and revise drawings as needed based on project adjustments and feedback. Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data.
- Update models to reflect as-built conditions.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project requirements and updates.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all drafts and drawings are accurately archived.
- Assist in coordinating with construction teams to ensure project designs are executed as planned.
- Perform other duties as required.
- May be required to travel locally to jobsites.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certificate in drafting, architectural technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an architectural draughtsman with extensive expertise in Revit.
- Strong portfolio showcasing detailed architectural drawings and proficiency in Revit.
- Deep understanding of building codes, architectural design principles, and construction terminology.
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to learn, have strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated; take pride in work and accept responsibility for his/her professionalism.
- Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Capable of building trusting relationships, ability and willingness to work independently or in a team atmosphere.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office products; (preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
