**Job Title**: _**BIM Architect (3-to-7-year experience)**_

**Job Duties, Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Requirements**

**Job Summary**
- Support the team on one or more projects using expertise in Building Information Modeling.

**Essential Duties And**
- Basic modeling works as assigned by seniors.
- Review and check model quality per their work.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that BIM standards have been followed (fonts, dimensions, line Styles, levels/layers, etc.) throughout the project.
- Ensure there are no unintended model components, and the design intent has been followed
- Produces BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan within the scheduled time.

**Qualifications**
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

**Education and / or Experience**
- B.Arch./M. Arch or foreign equivalent in Architectural and Management/Technology from reputed university
- Prefer with 3-7years of experience in BIM detailing work from pre‐construction through hand off phase of commercial construction
- Good knowledge of Revit Architecture
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, Sketch up
- Basic collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively

**Physical Demands**
- Required to travel or under deputation to local/overseas customer offices.
