Structured hybrid role:
Introduction:
This role will support Central Services in the delivery of the governance agenda and maintaining, assessing and reporting the Markets Surveillance control environment.

What will you be doing?
- Support Central Services in the delivery of monthly Markets Surveillance governance, controls assessement and reporting.
- Support Central Services in the embedment of controls following changes in policy and standards.

What we’re looking for:

- Understanding of the BCF, interpreting Policy, Standards and Controls and how to measure and manage compliance against them.
- Understanding of how Tableau dashboards are used for reporting purposes.
- Graduate / post graduate.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Prior compliance, audit, governance, quality assurance or project management experience.
- Understanding of the workings of Markets Surveillance programmes within a Wholesale environment
- Experience in secretariat related responsibilities.
