**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions in English language, communication skills, and professional etiquette.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and course materials tailored to the learners’ level (students, job seekers, or employees).
- Train learners in grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and spoken English.
- Assess learner performance through assignments, mock interviews, and feedback sessions.
- Use interactive and innovative teaching methods to make sessions engaging and effective.
- Provide one-on-one guidance to learners needing additional support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, corporate communication standards, and training methodologies.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators or program managers to ensure training objectives are met.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching English/communication skills or conducting soft skills training.
- Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate learners and create a positive classroom environment.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and MS Office.
