**Job Title**: Trainer of Trainers - SkillPlus Program
**Location**: Hubli, Karnataka (Work from Office - Deshpande Educational Trust)
**Travel Requirement**: 20-30% (Monitoring and Evaluation Visits)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit, certify, and train new trainers across SkillPlus divisions.
- Design and implement comprehensive training modules and workshops.
- Conduct regular refresher courses and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to trainers.
- Establish performance review systems and maintain training documentation.
- Collaborate with academic, placement, and other internal teams.
- Identify training needs and bridge skill gaps through workshops.
- Visit colleges regularly to gather feedback and monitor training delivery.
- Assist in developing student-facing SkillPlus modules.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

**Experience Required**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a trainer, preferably in a **Train the Trainer** model.
- Hands-on experience in **on-site training delivery**.
- Prior involvement in **content development projects**.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proven training, mentoring, and feedback capabilities.
- Project planning and management experience.
- Innovative and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in using **Learning Management Systems (LMS)**.
- Comfortable with tools like **MS Word, Excel, and Canva**.
- Willingness to engage in periodic upskilling to stay technically current.

**Location & Travel**
- This is a full-time, **on-site** position based in **Hubli**.
- Travel will be required (20-30%) to monitor and evaluate trainers on-ground.
