**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver high-quality training sessions on Reasoning (Logical and Analytical) and Quantitative Aptitude.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice tests, and course materials aligned with the syllabus of Campus Placements.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and provide performance feedback to students.
- Use innovative teaching methods, including digital tools, to enhance the learning experience.
- Track student progress and modify training plans accordingly.
- Clarify doubts and provide individual support as needed.
- Stay updated on current exam patterns and question trends.
- Coordinate with academic coordinators or program managers to ensure training goals are met.
- Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Reasoning and Aptitude for competitive exams or academic purposes.
- Strong command over topics such as Arithmetic, Algebra, Data Interpretation, Puzzles, Syllogisms, Coding-Decoding, Series, and Logical Reasoning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying skill levels.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and digital tools for teaching.
