Endeavour Instrument Private Limited, a leading manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of a wide range of industrial equipment, including **EOT Cranes**, **Weighing Machines**, **Weighbridges**, and **Hanging Scales**, is looking for an experienced and motivated **Sales Coordinator** with a strong background in EOT Cranes to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quotation & PO Management**: Prepare and coordinate quotations, sales orders (SO), purchase orders (PO), and proforma invoices (PI). Ensure accurate costing and margins in the offer preparation, especially for EOT Crane systems and related products.
- **Order Management**: Coordinate internal order booking, prepare internal BOM (Bill of Materials), and follow up with relevant departments (such as engineering, manufacturing, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and installation of EOT Cranes and other products.
- **ERP (ORECS) Management**: Enter new inquiries into the ERP system (ORECS), keep the system updated with the latest data, and generate reports on various aspects like overdue payments, spare parts orders, dispatch schedules, and more.
- **Costing & Offer Preparation**: Collaborate with different departments to prepare cost sheets, margin sheets, and detailed quotations for EOT Cranes and other industrial products. Ensure competitive and profitable pricing for clients.
- **Engineer & Installation Coordination**: Plan engineer schedules for EOT Crane installation, maintenance (MHE CCD work), and site visits. Ensure proper material and site dimensions for the installation process.
- **MIS Reporting**: Maintain and update business sheets, including monthly reports, complaint records, spare parts orders, overdue payment sheets, and installation costs associated with EOT Cranes.
- **Payment & Billing**: Oversee payment receipts, generate invoices, and ensure timely payments from clients. Handle TA DA voucher entry for engineers.
- **Other Responsibilities**: Coordinate with the sales team for technical queries, resolve issues during installation, and manage internal documentation, including contractor work orders, material arrangements, and post-installation service.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 4 years of experience** in sales coordination, with a focus on **EOT Cranes**, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in **Excel** and **ERP systems** (especially **ORECS**).
- Good understanding of **quotations**, **purchase orders**, **sales orders**, and **invoicing processes**.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of **costing**, offer preparation, and coordination with different departments (Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing).
- Experience in client follow-up, **payment collection**, and managing the dispatch of materials.
- Knowledge of **EOT Cranes** and related machinery is highly desirable.
