**Influencer Identification**: Research and identify influencers whose brand and audience align with Cittagames values and target market.
- **Outreach & Negotiation**: Building relationships with influencers will be key. Initiate and manage communication with influencers, negotiate collaboration terms, and build strong professional relationships.
- **Content Strategy**: Develop and suggest creative content ideas to influencers to ensure engaging and on-brand promotions.
- **Campaign Management**: Oversee influencer campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights to optimize future influencer collaborations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or a related field.

**Preferred language**: Hindi proficiency preferred.

**Skills**: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to identify and engage with the right influencers.

**Creativity**: Strong ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.

**Tech-Savvy**:Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and analytics.
