Recruitment & Employee Engagement Officer

**About the Role**:
As a Recruitment & Employee Engagement Officer, you will be at the forefront of building a vibrant, dynamic, and motivated workforce. You will drive strategic recruitment activities, organize employee engagement programs, represent the company at various forums, and foster a positive workplace culture through energy, enthusiasm, and proactive communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across diverse functions.
2. Represent the company at colleges and universities for campus placements and career fairs; deliver engaging presentations and sessions.
3. Plan, organize, and lead employee engagement programs, events, and team-building activities.
4. Conduct motivational talks and energy-boosting sessions for employees and new hires.
5. Travel independently for recruitment drives, engagement events, and other people-centric initiatives.
6. Act as a brand ambassador, nurturing a vibrant, energetic, and inclusive workplace culture.
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Knowledge**:
- Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and employee engagement best practices.
- Proficiency in creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations and public speaking.
- Knowledge of motivational techniques and building employee morale**.**
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and event management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
**Attitude**:
- Lively, extroverted, and boisterous personality.
- Highly proactive and self-driven with a people-first approach.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and working independently.
- Positive, energetic, and passionate about employee engagement**.**
**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Essential**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and employee engagement roles.
**Desirable**:
- Master’s degree.
- Prior experience with campus hiring or employee engagement activities is an added advantage.
