Our Placement Office plays a pivotal role in connecting students with top employers, offering internship and job placement opportunities, and facilitating career readiness. We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic **Placement Office Assistant** to join our team and help support the growing needs of our student and employer community.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and organizing career fairs, recruitment drives, employer visits, and campus recruitment activities.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update student placement records, employer information, and event participation details.
- **Student Support**: Provide guidance and support to students regarding job search, resume building, and interview preparation.
- **Employer Liaison**: Communicate with employers to coordinate on-campus recruitment activities, internships, and job openings.
- **Administrative Support**: Manage scheduling for interviews, meetings, and placement-related events. Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
- **Communication**: Send out regular updates and reminders about upcoming recruitment events, workshops, and opportunities to students.
- **Data Tracking**: Track placement statistics and assist in preparing placement reports and success metrics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
