Job Title Entry-Level Recruiter Engineering Scientific Professional Location Onsite IT Park Sahastradhara Road Dehradun India Shift Timing 8 00 PM to 5 00 AM IST OR 7 00 PM to 4 00 AM IST Work Days Monday to Friday Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our onsite team in Dehradun Ideal candidates will have 0 1 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting particularly in technical or professional domains such as Engineering Energy Aerospace Medical Devices Electronics or Automotive This role provides an excellent opportunity to start and grow your career in recruitment while working with global clients Key Responsibilities Source screen and recruit candidates for a variety of technical and professional roles using platforms like LinkedIn job boards and other sourcing tools Consistently meet weekly submission targets through effective candidate engagement and screening processes Collaborate with Managed Service Providers MSPs and direct clients to support W2 hiring requirements Build strong relationships with candidates and internal external stakeholders Identify and address recruiting process bottlenecks with proactive solution-oriented strategies Communicate clearly and professionally throughout all stages of the recruitment cycle Requirements 0 1 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in Energy Aerospace Medical Devices Electronics or Automotive industries Hands-on experience using sourcing strategies and tools Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships Proactive mindset with a strong focus on learning and growth
