Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

2. Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, including conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

3. Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

4. Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse staff, including providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.

5. Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure working environment, including implementing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including customs regulations, tax laws, and environmental regulations.

7. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
