Job Title Accounts Cum Inventory Executive Location Ambernath Additional MIDC Department Warehouse Logistics Salary 15 000 to 18 000 per month Depending on Interview Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Cum Inventory Executive to manage accounting functions and oversee inventory control operations The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a solid understanding of accounting principles and experience in inventory management Key Responsibilities Accounting Duties oMaintain and update financial records including daily transactions invoices and accounts payable receivable oReconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies oSupport in month-end and year-end closing processes Inventory Management oOversee inventory tracking ensuring accurate and up-to-date stock levels oConduct regular stock counts and inventory audits oPrepare inventory valuation reports oEnsure timely and accurate recording of all inventory transactions Record Keeping Documentation oFile and store inventory-related documents invoices and accounting records for future reference Required Skills Qualifications oBachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field oProven experience in accounting and inventory management oKnowledge of accounting software e g Tally ERP systems oStrong understanding of inventory control and stock management oStrong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications o1-3 years of experience in a similar role oGood communication skills for coordinating with teams and management Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
