**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-4 years of experience in academic counseling or admissions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
