**Reports to**: Admission Coordinator / Marketing Head

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a confident and polite **Telecaller** to join our college's admissions or marketing team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing information about the college, its courses, and helping with the admission process through effective communication over phone calls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call prospective students and inform them about various academic programs, admission criteria, and key dates.
- Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow-up regularly.
- Counsel students and parents over the phone regarding course selection, career prospects, and admission process.
- Record and maintain accurate details of conversations and queries.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or online platforms.
- Assist in organizing webinars or events for prospective students.
- Provide timely updates to the admissions team and contribute to achieving admission targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service is preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills in [ English and Hindi].
- Polite, persuasive, and confident telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet call and conversion targets.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
- Timings: [e.g., 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM]or negotiable.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in educational institutions or admissions.
- Knowledge of college courses and academic structures.

**Salary**:Negotiable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
