We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tellcaller to join our PCD Pharma team. As a Tellcaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to introduce our products, generate leads, and promote sales. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products and services
- Explain the features and benefits of our products to customers
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to the sales and marketing teams

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tellcaller or similar role in the PCD Pharma industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and persuade customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of PCD Pharma products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
