Join Our Team as a Tele-Caller (Client Meeting Coordinator & Follow-Up Specialist)We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Tele-Caller to join our growing team If you excel in communication, enjoy building client relationships, and are ready to make an impact, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do:Schedule Meetings: Connect with clients and schedule meetings based on their availability, coordinating seamlessly with our field sales team.Handle Follow-Ups: Engage with clients post-meetings to gather feedback and ensure all queries are addressed.Maintain Records: Keep track of all client interactions, follow-ups, and create regular reports to track progress.

What We’re Looking For:Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a bonus).Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and client follow-ups efficiently.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
