Digital Marketing Strategist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and manage content across platforms including the company website, blog, and social media
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on data
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
- Manage Google Ads and social media ad accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Work with designers and copywriters to develop engaging ad creatives and content

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related role
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM tools
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads Certification or similar digital marketing certifications
- Experience with A/B testing tools and marketing automation
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
