**Your Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement performance marketing strategies aimed at achieving business goals such as lead generation, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Use campaign and audience research to forecast marketing outcomes.
- Oversee the entire campaign process across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display ads, affiliate marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Perform keyword research, target specific audiences, and optimize ad content to maximize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and extract actionable insights to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness continually.
- Collaborate with teams across functions like creative, product, and analytics to develop cohesive marketing initiatives aligned with overarching marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

**Applicant Preferences**
- Must be a graduate.
- 1 year experience in digital marketing strategist or related role such as performance marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools is a plus.
