Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical demonstrations for nursing students.
- Develop, prepare, and revise instructional materials (syllabi, lesson plans, and exams) as required by the nursing program.
- Assist in creating and implementing educational programs and strategies for nursing students.
- Foster an interactive and engaging classroom environment for optimal learning.
- Incorporate the latest research, clinical guidelines, and evidence-based practices into the curriculum.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing students in both academic and clinical settings.
- Conduct one-on-one or group mentoring sessions to assist with student concerns.
- Offer academic counseling to help students achieve their educational and professional goals.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their academic performance.
- Assist students in preparing for clinical placements and exams.
- Supervise nursing students during clinical placements and ensure that they follow professional standards and safety protocols.
- Evaluate students’ clinical performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with healthcare institutions to ensure appropriate clinical exposure for students.
- Develop, administer, and grade exams, assignments, and other assessment methods.
- Evaluate student performance and provide clear and timely feedback.
- Participate in the development and revision of evaluation tools and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation standards in student assessments.
- Work collaboratively with other faculty members to improve educational programs.
- Attend departmental meetings, faculty workshops, and professional development sessions.
- Keep current with advancements in nursing practice, pedagogy, and educational technologies.
- Participate in research, if applicable, and contribute to the academic growth of the nursing program.
- Maintain accurate student records and academic documentation.
- Assist in curriculum development and program assessment activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of accreditation materials and reports.
- Participate in recruitment, orientation, and other institutional events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
