The Conceptualizer will be at the heart of our creative process, developing innovative concepts and compelling copy that will elevate each event to a memorable experience. This role requires a unique blend of imagination, writing prowess, and an understanding of what captivates an audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ideate and create original concepts for a diverse range of corporate events, from initial brainstorming to final presentation.
- Develop engaging themes, narratives, and experiences that align with client objectives and WOW Events’ brand ethos.
- Craft compelling copy for event materials, including invitations, promotional content, scripts, and multimedia presentations.
- Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure the cohesive execution of event concepts.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technology, and cultural shifts to inform innovative event experiences.
- Liaise with clients to refine concepts and ensure their vision is captured and exceeded.
- Contribute to pitches and proposals with creative content that captures the imagination of clients and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Creative Writing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a creative role within the events, advertising, or marketing industries.
- A portfolio demonstrating originality, creativity, and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, compelling manner.
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient with the latest creative software and technologies.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
