Job Title: Conceptualiser / Copywriter – Experiential EventsLocation: New Delhi (Patel Nagar)Experience: Minimum 3 Years in an Event Management AgencyDepartment: Creative Strategy | Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a creative storyteller and strategic thinker who can bring event ideas to life through powerful concepts, sharp narratives, and compelling presentations. If you’ve got a flair for writing, a head full of ideas, and experience in crafting winning pitch decks for corporate events, this is for you.Key Responsibilities- Develop event themes, concepts, and storylines that align with client objectives - Craft captivating presentations using strong narrative flow, impactful copy, and engaging visual direction - Collaborate with design, client servicing, and production teams to develop full-fledged event proposals - Write scripts, AV lines, theme notes, emcee scripts, taglines, and pre/post event communication - Understand brand language, tone, and audience to tailor content accordingly - Support in brainstorming sessions, creative pitches, and new business proposals - Keep presentations visually exciting and copy strategically structuredMust-Have Skills & Experience- Minimum 3 years of experience in an event agency or brand activation environment - Strong command over storytelling, concept creation, and copywriting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in PowerPoint / Keynote and ability to structure presentation flow - Understanding of event formats, audience engagement, and experiential marketing - Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines with attention to detail - Familiarity with industry trends and creative benchmarks in the events spaceWhat We’re Looking For- A creative thinker who can turn a brief into a big idea - Someone who understands both the strategy and emotion behind a live experience - A presenter at heart who can think from the audience’s POV - A wordsmith who thrives in collaborative brainstorming and loves cracking unique themesPerks- Be a part of some of India’s biggest and most creative event experiences - Work with an award-winning team on national and international brands - Opportunity to grow into Creative Strategy Lead roles - Dynamic work culture with ownership, innovation, and celebration at the coreTo Apply:Send your CV and portfolio of work (especially event presentations/themes) to info@wowevents.in with the subject line “Conceptualiser Copywriter – Application”
