Requisition ID: 29689- Job Location(s): Oragadam, INDanfoss is looking for a BOT Controller who will be providing functional and technical support to Business & Danfoss Automation Process Teams,This position will be based at Oragadam & will be reporting to Operation Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- The role encompasses providing functional and technical support to Business & Danfoss Automation Process Teams
- Continuous issue monitoring and implementation of governance for all the existing Bots
- 3+ yrs. of experience in a similar profile with strong technical support background.
- Understanding and identifying technical infrastructure requirements for RPA Solutions.
- Troubleshoot problems that arise on RPA projects and assist with RPA tool upgrades.
- Supporting the Automation & Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
- Proactively and reactively monitoring the work performed by robots and identifying process or system changes that could impact automations
- Identifying and documenting any opportunities for improvements

**Background & Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong problem solving and analytical skills necessary to Business units
- Hands on experience working on RPA tools like, UIPath, Blue prism Automation anywhere etc.,
- Experience in PDD, Runbook/Playbook creation
- Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalities
- Develop automation workflows with UiPath Studio
- Willing to learn RPA tool and technologies.
- Liaison with appropriate teams to escalate issues to relevant teams, provide viable workarounds to resolve incidents
- Adhere to Danfoss guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change & Release Management.
- Ability to work with senior level leaders and stakeholders, build relationship
- Document and demonstrate support solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Should be able to work with the RPA Teams to design and conceptualise the RPA solution.
- Mentoring colleagues through RPA training - providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques.
- Supporting RPA solutions by analysing bot performance, bot utilisation, deployment of bots in production and pre-production environments.
