**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice and design recommendations.
- **Concept Development**: Create mood boards, sketches, and concept designs to present ideas and options to clients.
- **Space Planning**: Develop detailed floor plans, layouts, and design concepts that optimize space functionality and aesthetics.
- **Design Implementation**: Oversee the selection of materials, furniture, finishes, and fixtures for projects. Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
- **Project Management**: Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring designs are executed according to the agreed-upon scope.
- **3D Modeling and Rendering**: Use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max) to create 3D renderings and detailed visualizations.
- **Client Presentation**: Present design concepts and finalized designs to clients, making necessary revisions based on their feedback.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with project goals.
- **Sourcing and Procurement**: Assist with sourcing furniture, decor, and materials, and coordinate procurement for design implementation.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with design trends, materials, and technologies to offer innovative and fresh solutions.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics and functionality.
- Project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
