About the role

As an Interior Designer, you should possess creative thinking skills and able to create designs based on conversation with the client, moreover this role requires you to navigate customers through proper design ideas, which will be enable him/ her to take a right decision.

Efficiency required in understanding and assessing clients needs and accordingly bring a good design on plate, with an ability to adjust to a given approach basis his or her feedback.


Job Description

  1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their vision, requirements, and budget for residential spaces.
  2. Concept Development: Create design concepts and mood boards that reflect clients tastes and lifestyle.
  3. Space Planning: Develop functional layouts that optimize space use and flow, considering factors such as traffic patterns and zoning.
  4. Material and Finish Selection: Choose materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design concept and client preferences.
  5. Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that design solutions meet financial parameters.
  6. Collaboration: Work with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and adherence to building codes.
  7. Project Oversight: Supervise installation and construction processes to ensure designs are executed as intended.
  8. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project to provide updates and address any concerns.
  9. Market Research: Stay informed about design trends, new products, and innovations in

residential interiors.



Skills and expertise

1.Graduation + relevant degree in the stream of designing

2. Understanding of design approach

3. Experience 1 to 3 years

4. Holding good experience in design tools, Auto- Cad, 3Dand PPT presentations

5. Holding right skill set for Sales pitch
