Position - Customer Service Executive(Female )
Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc with excellent communication skills, English vocabulary and creativity in generating Businesses, overseas inquiry generation and service support to customers. Proficiency in MS office especially excel, advanced Excel required. The position reports to Director-Mktg.
Experience: 8-10 Years in International and Domestic Business support with a proven track record.
Location: Head office at Chembur, Mumbai.
Job Profile requirements: - Acumen for Sales & Mktg and Promotion of Products - Strong coordination and communication skills. - Creative mindset - Leadership Skills - Business Analysis Expected Output: Support to Customers, Converting inquiries to Orders, execution co-ordinations with Plant and warehouse and logistics team Developing Business base with existing and new Accounts.
