Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end sales of residential/commercial properties — from client enquiry to site visit to closure.
- Generate leads through multiple channels — digital, referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
- Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and provide suitable property solutions.
- Manage site visits, product presentations, and effective negotiations.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for seamless customer experience.
- Maintain updated records of client interactions, sales reports, and pipeline management.
- Ensure post-sales documentation, payment follow-up, and customer relationship management.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Demonstrate high ownership, work independently, and set an example for the sales team.
- Actively participate in team discussions, market research, and competitor analysis.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Real Estate / Any discipline.
- 2-5 years of proven sales experience in Real Estate / Property Sales / Construction Industry.
- Strong communication skills with excellent negotiation and convincing ability.
- Self-driven, passionate about sales, and target-oriented.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects.
- Leadership qualities with a positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,020.55 - ₹36,615.75 per month
