Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for EdTech products and services (B2B & B2C).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with schools, colleges, and training centers.Identify new market opportunities and drive lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Manage and optimize CRM tools for accurate reporting and pipeline management.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs; monitor team productivity and provide coaching.
- Collaborate with academic, content, and tech teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Oversee client onboarding, product implementation, and post-sales support.
- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards for senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proven experience in EdTech sales and operational leadership.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable with multitasking and handling client escalations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in EdTech or education sales and operations.

Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
