We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Office Administrator to join our team at Sparkle Child Therapy Center. The individual will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing administrative support to the center’s management and therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Operations:
Greet clients, visitors, and children with a warm and professional demeanor.
Maintain visitor and patient logs and ensure accurate sign-in/sign-out records.
2. Administrative Support:
Schedule appointments, therapy sessions, and consultations.
Manage the center’s calendar and coordinate with therapists to ensure appointments run smoothly.
Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and maintaining databases.
3. Customer Service:
Address client inquiries and provide information about therapy sessions, services, and fees.
Assist in the registration and enrollment of children into programs.
Handle customer complaints and escalate any unresolved issues to the management.
4. Billing and Payments:
Process client payments, maintain records, and issue receipts.
Assist in maintaining financial records related to client sessions and services.
5. Office Management:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
Order and manage office supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment, such as printers, computers, and phones.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
