Associate - Analytics Solutions, Bangalore

The Analytics Solution team is responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems and ensuring that a strong environment exists as it relates to all businesses, products, operational areas and solutions.

As a Senior Associate - Analytics Solutions in our Bangalore team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This role provides an opportunity to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML/LLM/GenAI solutions to meet business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop data pipelines to preprocess and transform data for AI/ML models.
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML/LLM/GenAI solutions to meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain automated pipelines for model deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Implementing optimization strategies to fine-tune generative models for specific NLP use cases, ensuring high-quality outputs in summarization and text generation.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:

- Proven experience in building and operating scalable ML-driven products in Python
- Applied expertise in Analytical App development: Streamlit / JavaScript / CSS
- Hands-on practical experience in ML Algorithms / models
- Experience with No SQL database, Databricks, Snowflake, or other Cloud Data Warehouse

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Preferred having exposure to Business Intelligent solutions such as Tableau, Alteryx, ThoughtSpot
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Cloud Platform
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
