Description :Role : Solution Architect ServiceNow.Location : Bangalore Kodath.EXP : 10+.JD :Seeking Solution Architects who is dedicated to leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow Telecom Industry Solutions in conjunction with Wipros market-leading technical and industry expertise to offer exceptional solutions global clients.The role involves working with our clients through their transformation journey, helping them realize and communicate the associated benefits.ServiceNow Solution Consultants will identify opportunities, lead execution activities, and balance technical expertise with a business-focused mindset to shape, sell, and deliver ServiceNow-enabled transformation programs.Key Responsibilities :- Act as trusted advisors by showcasing deep ServiceNow knowledge and delivering exceptional value to ensure repeat business.- Drive building Telco Industry solutions /PoC using ServiceNow Platform.- Execute consulting assignments, driving technology innovation with ServiceNow Workflows and Platform.- Demonstrate skills in planning, consulting, requirement analysis, design, and delivery of ServiceNow Platform, workflow and Industry solutions.Requirements :- ServiceNow Platform skills, Telecom Industry experience, Infrastructure /Network experience.- 10+ Years of Industry Experience.- 6+ years in architecting, developing, implementing ServiceNow solutions.- 4+ Years advising customers on ServiceNow architecture, integrations, implementation roadmap.- 3+ Years in ServiceNow solution architecture consulting.- Managed ServiceNow development teams.- Worked in global delivery model.- Client/Customer Management, Reporting, Stakeholder management.- Supported pre-sales, delivered solution presentations.- ServiceNow Mainline Certifications (CIS and Suite).Mandatory Skills : ServiceNow Solution Architecture .
