The **Programme Coordinator** will oversee educational programs, supporting efficient operations and ensuring high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Management**:

- Coordinate day-to-day activities of educational programs.
- Ensure alignment with curriculum standards and objectives.
- **Staff Support and Training**:

- Assist and guide teaching staff with program-related tasks.
- Conduct training and workshops as needed.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between staff, management, and program stakeholders.
- Address any program-related inquiries or issues.
- **Program Monitoring**:

- Track program performance and prepare reports for management.
- Evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in program coordination within an educational setting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
