**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Project Planning: Collaborate with the project manager to develop project plans, including timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Provide input on the feasibility of the project and offer suggestions for improvement.
2. Site Coordination: Oversee all on-site activities, including the scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers.
Ensure that the construction site is well-organized, clean, and safe.
3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction activities are performed according to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Address any issues or non-compliance promptly and provide solutions to maintain quality standards.
4. Progress Monitoring: Track the progress of construction activities, update project timelines, and report any delays or obstacles to the project manager. Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, materials used, and work performed.
5. Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety meetings, identify potential hazards, and take corrective actions to minimize risks and accidents on-site.

**Requirements**:
1. A degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is

preferred. Relevant certifications in construction supervision or safety are advantageous.

2. Required 1-5 years of experience as a site supervisor or a similar role in the construction

industry. Experience in managing medium to large-scale construction projects is

desirable.

3. Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Proficiency in

reading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.

4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse

team. Ability to delegate tasks, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to

various stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and construction

workers.
**A vehicle should be available. It is a must.**

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
