**We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Spoken English Trainer**

**Are you passionate about helping individuals enhance their communication skills and elevate their confidence in spoken English? If so, we want to hear from you**

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for conducting the English skill training for the new students at the assigned Lighthouse.
- Classroom delivery of English content to improve students job readiness.
- Conduct timely student assessments.
- Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students.
- Timely reporting back on the progress of training at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer.
- Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
- Sharing training reports as and when required.
- Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.

**Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background**:

- Post Graduate or Graduate in English/Journalism/Mass communication / linguistics or in any field, with 1-2 years of experience preferably in English training or teaching.
- Must be an energetic individual who loves interacting with students from all walks of life.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation and teaching skills.
- Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students.
- Strong and empathetic behavior
- Ability to build a strong cultural system and be a role model for the youth/students
- Commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation

**Location -** Janta Vasahat, Pune

**Timing **:09:30 am to 06:30 pm
