**Job Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented **tele-counselors/customer support to** join our team in Gurugram. As a tele-counselor, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students through outbound calls, inviting them to attend demo classes, career seminars, and counseling sessions. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and career guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
- Inform and counsel them about demo classes, career seminars, and available training programs.
- Understand students’ career aspirations and guide them accordingly.
- Generate and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain call logs and update CRM with student responses.
- Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in tele-counseling, lead generation, customer support, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Willingness to work onsite (Udyog Vihar, Gurugram) and 6 days a week.
