**QWQER, is an international brand name existing in 5 countries. In India we are 5 years old. We are App based delivery platform** and we help businesses with their delivery needs and transportation requirements. For individuals, we provide deliveries within the city and also have options where individuals can sit in the comfort of their homes or offices and purchase products or book deliveries.

We have made more than 50L + deliveries and have more than 5 lakh+ customers in 28 cities across all South Indian states. Some of our marquee clients are Spar, Big basket, LuLu, TATA 1mg etc.

**Our Product Lines**
- **QWQER Express**:
We provide hyperlocal delivery services for large enterprises, SME customers and B2C customers using our app.
- **QWQER Fleet**:
We provide vehicle deployment (FTL) for large enterprises. Here our vehicles ply within, between cities and between regions too.
- **QWQER Shop**:
This is a marketplace which enables customers to login and purchase products from stores within the city that are listed on the app.
- Responsible for all the marketing assets of the organisation
- Collaborates with agencies to create social media strategies, media plans, and content calendars for the brands.
- Executes marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
- Manages budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Plans and executes internal marketing communication to strengthen the association between the employees and the brand

Digital Marketing
- Collaborate with agencies to create social media strategies, media plans, and content calendars for the brands.
- Manage the social media pages of the brand and any communication that comes therein
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with other departments, ensuring consistent messaging and user experience
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plans and executes consumer offers and promotions along with the app technical team
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media platforms
- Stay up-to-date with changes in social media platforms and tools, and adjust the strategy as needed.

Analytics and Reporting
- Measures performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Regular reporting on key metrics to the stake holders and adjust strategies based on data-driven decisions.

**Job Specifications**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing roles including digital marketing, preferably MBA Marketing
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Youtube ads, Social media ads, SEO tools, HubSpot
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions to optimize digital performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
