**Position Overview**:We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern to join our hotel's sales team and gain practical experience in the hospitality industry. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the sales department, supporting various sales activities and contributing to the achievement of revenue targets. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn about hotel sales strategies, customer relationship management, and business development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Support the creation of sales collateral, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the team to respond to client inquiries and requests.
- Assist in maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals during client meetings and negotiations.
- Learn about the hotel's offerings, amenities, and competitive advantages.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales strategies and customer experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
